You can always count on the r/hockey subreddit to deliver powerful infographics, and they've done it again with user BettmanReturns providing a breakdown of Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price, comparing him to some of the greatest players to ever play the game.
The comparison is by no means perfect, since league average save percentage has fluctuated greatly between the times these goaltenders have played, but nevertheless, it gives you a hint at the kinds of names Price will be mentioned alongside very soon.
Price has already overtaken Patrick Roy's total shutout mark with the Habs, but within a season and a half, maybe two, he'll also take over in most career saves by a Habs goaltender.
One thing that isn't covered by this infographic that's also of note to Canadiens fans, of the top 20 goaltenders in save percentage in 2014-15, only 5 are younger than Carey Price, and only Braden Holtby is more than a year younger. The Canadiens have a long time to look forward to Price's goaltending.
