They will start their season with four straight games against the Belleville Senators. They will then host the Manitoba Moose for four games to end the month. Ironically, the Moose trip to Montreal while the Canadiens are in Winnipeg at the end of the month.
The AHL’s Canadian division will have five teams as both the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks kept their AHL teams in the United States. The Stockton Heat will play their games out of Calgary, joining the Toronto Marlies, Belleville Senators, Manitoba Moose, and the Rocket.
Laval will be playing their games out of the Bell Centre in the 2020-21 season, where they have also been practicing.
The rest of the season will be announced later as the league works with the province of Ontario and NHL arena availabilities.
