With one series at 3-0, the Golden Knights will try to achieve the same record in the Western Conference Final. Like the Florida Panthers, they earned the first two wins in overtime, but if the pattern holds, it will take a shutout for Las Vegas to earn a 3-0 edge.
The series has obviously been close with 60 minutes yet to be enough time to determine a winner, but the Stars have arguably been the slightly better of the teams so far. The advantage they get from playing on home ice could be just enough to keep them ahead in Game 3.
