After three full games without him, the Canadiens may be getting Josh Anderson back tonight, returning the team to full health. If he does play, it doesn’t appear that he will be slotting back on his normal line, however, as Dominique Ducharme had a few minor tweaks in today’s practice.

The coach has reunited the Jonathan Drouin - Nick Suzuki - Joel Armia line, preserving the chemistry that the former two have had since the post-season, and re-adding Armia’s more physical presence to help them win more in-zone battles.

It means that Anderson is expected to slot in on Jesperi Kotkaniemi’s right, hoping to take better advantage of the playmaking the Finnish centre has been providing over the most recent stretch, looking like one of the team’s most engaged players. Kotkaniemi gets the team’s top two goal-scorers on his flanks, which should result in some prime offensive chances if they’re all on top of their game.
