You can argue that the Jets have been the better team in the Western Conference Final. Several metrics point to that being the case. But when it comes to goaltending, Marc-Andre Fleury has been stealing the show. Connor Hellebuyck hasn’t been able to match the performance at the opposite end of the ice, allowing the Golden Knights to capitalize on the few opportunities the Jets allow, and have reeled off three consecutive wins to get a chance to move on this afternoon.

Should Winnipeg continue to play the way they have, and see their goalie return to the form he’d enjoyed through the regular season and first two rounds, you’d expect the tides to turn in their favour. But time is quickly running out on the Canadian team as it attempts to halt the incredible journey of the expansion franchise.
