The Montreal Canadiens’ efforts to finish their road trip with a win became more difficult in the first period. They’ll finish the game down a forward, as Andrew Shaw is unable to continue.

Shaw had four points in his previous four games, including two goals in the 6-5 loss in Tampa Bay. He was beginning to find his stride after an off-season dealing with a few injuries, so hopefully this latest one won’t keep the winger out long-term.
