Habsent Minded Episode 14: The Kotkaniemi Show

In this episode, we talk about Jesperi Kotkaniemi’s breakout game in the huge win against the Capitals, Marc Bergevin’s offseason paying off, and the upcoming Canada/Russia series.

NHL: Washington Capitals at Montreal Canadiens Eric Bolte-USA TODAY Sports

Jesperi Kotkaniemi scored his first (and second!) goals of the year, the Montreal Canadiens took it to the reigning Stanley Cup Champions, and Scott Matla, Patrik Bexell, and Namiko Hitotsubashi overthrew Jared Book.

Jokes aside, they talked about the Habs’ most recent games, both the loss against the Stars, and the big win against the Capitals, and how things are looking so far. They also discussed how Marc Bergevin's off-season gambles are paying off in a big way, and the upcoming Canada/Russia series that will feature a Canadiens prospect on every team.
