Group A Preliminary Games
10:15 AM ET: Belarus (0-0-0-2, 0 pts, 8th) vs Russia (2-0-0-0, 6 pts, T-1st)
Russia is atop Group A, tied with Sweden at 2-0 through two games, but Russia hasn’t allowed a goal in the tournament. Vasili Koshechkin and Igor Shestyorkin have stopped all 28 shots they have seen through two games. Kirill Kaprizov has been among the tournament’s top scorers with three goals and two assists. Belarus has been outscored 11-2 through two losses in regulation and are the only team in group A without a point.
The game will be shown on TSN 1/4 in Canada.
2:15 PM ET: Sweden (2-0-0-0, 6 pts, T-1st) vs France (1-0-0-1, 3 pts, 4th)
Sweden is coming off of wins in their first two games, including a 3-2 win on Sunday against the Czech Republic. Rickard Rakell is second in tournament scoring with two goals and four assists so far. France rebounded from a 7-0 loss to Russia with a 6-2 win over Belarus on Saturday.
The game will be shown on TSN 5 in Canada.
Group B Preliminary Games
10:15 AM ET: United States (1-1-0-0, 5 pts, 2nd) vs Germany (0-0-2-0, 2 pts, T-5th)
The United States have yet to lose in the tournament but are a point behind Finland due to needing a shootout against Canada. Keith Kinkaid has started both games for the Americans, saving over 93% of the shots he has faced so far. Germany has lost two games in a shootout so far, falling 5-4 to Norway on Sunday. Leon Draisaitl has a goal and four assists.
The game will be on TSN 5 and RDS in Canada and NHL Network in the USA.
2:15 PM ET: Canada (1-0-1-0, 4 pts, 3rd) vs Denmark (0-1-0-1, 2 pts, T-5th)
Canada bounced back from their opening loss to the Americans with a 10-0 win over South Korea on Sunday. Curtis McElhinney had the shutout in the win while Tyson Jost had two goals and an assist in his tournament debut. Denmark is coming off of a 4-0 loss to the Americans on Saturday and the crowd is sure to be intense for the hosts.
The game will be on TSN 1/3/4 and RDS in Canada and NHL Network in the USA
All games shown on TSN will be streamed on TSN Go in Canada, but it requires a subscription to TSN. NHL Network in the US will be showing games as well, but listings did not always confirm which games will be shown.
