Eliminated by the Broncos in the first round of the WHL Playoffs, the Pats can return the favour with a win in the final round-robin game of the Memorial Cup.

The Pats have had a long wait since being eliminated in the first round of the WHL Playoffs. After watching the team that beat them go on to claim the league championship, they get a chance at redemption in Game 6 of the Memorial Cup.
Regina has the one win required to at least get a spot in a potential tiebreaker game, sitting third in the tournament standings. In fourth, without a win, is the team from Swift Current that kept the Pats from making the tournament on merit.
It will be one of these WHL teams that misses out on the playoff round. Either the Pats eliminate the Broncos tonight, or the two teams do it all over again tomorrow in a one-game showdown for a semifinal spot.
