2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs: Open thread and how to watch Sunday’s games

St. Louis Blues (C3) vs. Nashville Predators (WC2)

The Predators’ five-game winning streak to open their post-season run was finally snapped on Friday, thanks to a breakout performance from Vladimir Tarasenko. With the series now tied at one game apiece, the scene shifts to Nashville for two games.

The Predators will hope for better fortunes in the discipline department, as they were in the penalty box on five occasions in Game Two while not seeing a single power play themselves. You can expect what is always a loud crowd in Nashville to be on the officials if a similar story plays out today.

The Oilers can’t rely on him to shut down the Ducks for the remainder of the series, however, and will need a much better showing tonight. Nine Anaheim players had at least three shots in the previous game. If they can replicate that feat at Rogers Place, they should reduce the deficit to just a single game.
