Earlier today we found out that the Canadiens will not be qualifying Lucas Lessio or Darren Dietz, and now we can add a few more names that don't seem to be getting qualified. With Daniel Carr, Andrew Shaw, and Phillip Danault all getting their offers, some guys seem to be the odd ones out.
Qualifying offers made to three players.

Names like Michael Bournival, Mac Bennett, and Morgan Ellis have yet to receive anything, so it seems that they likely will not.
Shaw and the Canadiens are rumoured to be close to agreeing on a long-term extension, so this may cast some doubt on whether they actually are very close to signing anything. As for Carr and Danault, I would assume that negotiations will also continue with them regardless of the qualifying offers on the table.
In any case, this takes care of a couple players we assumed to be part of the team next year. We'll have to stay tuned and see what happens in the coming days.
