Alex Galchenyuk had some interesting things to say about his season. He suffered a broken hand against the Los Angeles Kings on March 3 when a puck hit his hand.

He also talked about whether or not he has proven he is a top line center:

He will also not go to the World Championships for Team USA.

On his relationship with Therrien:
"It was good. We had a lot of discussion this year and over the last four years. That's all I can say about it. He's trying to help me and I'm trying to help the team"

On Brendan Gallagher's injury:
"Gallagher's a big part of this team when he got injured you feel it right away. Tough for him to but not much you could say. So many tough bounces it seems like. Every possible bad scenario did happen. Want to restart next year."

On the injuries:
"Chemistry is one of the most important things in hockey, when you try and build something and you lose a player it's hard."
