After another week with a .500 record, things are so bad for the Canadiens that they'll need around .700 from here on if they want to be a part of the playoffs. On the bright side, they did start to find the back of the net a little bit more than they had been.
Still, the way things are going, the team will end the season with the lowest total goals of any campaign in Michel Therrien's latest tenure.
Let's take a look at last week's numbers:

Pace stats are projected over a full year of hockey (82 games)
Like I mentioned last week, Tomas Plekanec had two goals, but It was Alex Galchenyuk and Sven Andrighetto who exploded this week. With the way things are going, Galchenyuk might finish with another season of 20 goals. Not bad for someone whose usage has been anything but consistent.
I never thought I would mention it so soon but Devante Smith-Pelly actually scored. It would be interesting to see him do that more often, perhaps inflating his trade value. For his part, Jacob de la Rose played quite well, but couldn't find the back of the net, though he looks like he may start doing that soon.
As for the defensemen, P.K. Subban continued his offensive streak with an assist each game. Andrei Markov had two primary assists on the powerplay, setting up Galchenyuk each time. Greg Pateryn saw action this week, but failed to register a shot on net despite playing well.
With the trade deadline coming soon, we'll see if the list of players to follow will have to be modified for the better.
