Europe has been somewhat of a dark horse in the group. They took out the Americans in a bit of a shocking 3-0 win to open their tournament, and followed that up with a thrilling 3-2 overtime win over the Czech Republic.

But now, they have to face the powerhouse Canadians.

Canada opened their tournament in dominant fashion, obliterating the Czech Republic 6-0. Then they faced the Americans, their continental rivals, and picked up right where they left off. With a convincing 4-2 win, they eliminated the USA from contention, staying perfect in the process.

Carey Price will not get the start for Canada. They have elected to give him a rest seeing as they will advance regardless of the result. The former Canadien, Jaroslav Halak, is expected to get the start for Europe.

The puck drops at 8:00 PM EDT, at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario.
