Montreal Canadiens vs San Jose Sharks third period thread

The Habs are down 3-0.

The Habs were completely dominated to start the second period. Before the Habs registered their first shot attempt (a shot on net from Max Pacioretty), the Sharks had thrown 18 shot attempts at Carey Price, 8 shots on net and 1 goal. The Habs last shot on goal previous came 16:21 into the first period, making a it a span of 10:42 without a shot on net.

It wasn't a pretty period for the Habs, who had only registered 1 shot on net  and 4 FF in the period with six minutes to go, when they seemed to realize they were playing a hockey game.

The Sharks have total control of the game, up 50-29 CF, 34-18 FF, 24-13 in shots and 3-0 to start the third period.

More line shuffling from Michel Therrien, as these were the lines to end the second period:

Pacioretty - Desharnais - Gallagher

Parenteau - Plekanec - Galchenyuk

Eller - De La Rose - Weise

Prust - Malholtra - Smith-Pelly
