Lehkonen, Vejdemo, and Nygren have a great night

A quick update and highlights from some of the Habs prospects playing in Europe.

Frolunda HC

There was no Montreal Canadiens game on Saturday, but fortunately for those obsessed with all things Habs, there were a few European prospects in action.

Artturi Lehkonen continued his hot streak, scoring his second game-winning goal in as many games. This time around the goal came versus Rögle BK.

The second-round pick now has seven goals and eight assists in 20 games, which is just one point shy of his 2014-15 offensive output, in 27 fewer games.

Lukas Vejdemo, who's been hitting his stride of late, added another point to his season totals. It came via a primary assist on the power play, as Djurgården faced Örebro, a game that Vejdemo's team won by a score of 2-1. Vejdemo now has seven points on the season.

Finally, we head to the Löfbergs Arena, where Magnus Nygren's Färjestad BK faced off with Linköpings HC.

Färjestad won the game 3-1, and Nygren used his fantastic offensive tools to take part in two goals. The first assist came during a 5 on 3 power play, and the second was during even strength play.

Nygren has earned 14 points so far this season, which places him second on the team in terms of scoring.
