It seems that even a change of scenery can't help former Canadiens forward Brandon Prust to avoid injury troubles. Late in the second period, he was trying to skate the puck low in his own zone along the boards, when he hit a rough spot on the ice, and twisted his ankle awkwardly. Viewer beware, as the GIF below could turn some stomachs.

At first, it looked a little as if Brian Flynn may have clipped his leg. However, the video clearly shows his skate grabbing the ice awkwardly, and he stayed down for a bit grabbing his leg. Hopefully Prust is going to be alright, as he was having himself a pretty solid game up until that point.
Pust wasn't the only player to go down in the frame, as Alexander Semin was also hurt, and was replaced by Devante Smith-Pelly for his final shift of the frame. Semin took a stick to the midsection from Yannick Weber, and was hunched over for a little bit before heading to the bench

Semin is back for the third period, but it seems highly unlikely that Prust will be back for the Canucks.
