Canadiens vs Bruins 2014 playoffs game 1 thread

Montreal rolls into Boston to tackle minor speed bump on the road to the conference finals

Bob DeChiara-USA TODAY Sports

Bruins fans take a look at the Canadiens lineup below. Familiarize yourself with those names. At the end of this series, I want you to be uttering one of their names the same way you say Aaron Boone, Bill Buckner, or Bucky Fucking Dent*.

Travis Moen draws in for the Canadiens replacing Michael Bournival in the lineup alongside Briere and Weise. Impact on the lineup? While Bournival acquitted himself well against the Bolts, Moen might be a better fit against the Bruins. I guess we'll see in a few hours. Aside from Moen, there are no other changes to the Montreal lineup. Alexander Galchenyuk has taken to the ice, skating alone before practice, but he still hasn't taken to practice with the team.

Brad Marchand, aka the pride of Hammonds Plains aka Nose Faced Killer aka Toucan, looks to be an injured scratch for the B's. Daniel Paille moves back into the lineup and Jordan Caron continues to dress this time in place of Marchand. UPDATE: It appears that Brad Marchand is expected to dress tonight:

Join us here for commentary, complaints, and commiseration (with Bruins fans obviously).
