Bruins @ Red Wings. (3 PM EST, NBC, TSN, RDS) Boston leads the series 3-1.
The Red Wings face elimination this afternoon, and they'll have to do so with their back up goaltender in net, seeing as Jimmy Howard is still recovering from the flu. Jonas Gustavsson played well in game three, facing forty shots, yielding three goals. The winner of this series will face the Canadiens in round two.

Blue Jackets @ Penguins. (7:00 PM EST, CBC, RDS, ROOT, FS-O). The series is tied 2-2.
Marc-Andre has been playing relatively well in this series, well, expect in the dying minutes of game four when he handed the tie, and consequently the victory to the Blue Jackets.

Wild @ Avalanche. (9:30 PM EST, NBCSN, TSN, RDS, ALT, FS-N, ) The series is tied 2-2
The Wild should probably be up 3-1, but the Avalanche managed to squeak out a few early victories. If the hockey gods are just we should see this series wrap up in six games, which is two more than it should have taken the Wild in the first place.

Kings @ Sharks. (10:00 PM EST, CBC, RDS, CNBC, FS-SW, CSN-CA) San Jose leads the series 3-1.
The Kings avoided a sweep, thanks to a 6-3 victory in game four, however they'll be in deep waters as the series shifts back to San Jose. Both goalies have sub .890 save percentages in this series, as the scorers have been putting the puck in the net at will.

Predictions on how today's games will go? Will Chara dive? Will Marchand be Marchand? Will Lucic attack another man's groin, again?
Stay tuned.
