Bourque continues to roll over Bolts - scores 11 seconds in, Habs up 1-0

Mike Carlson

I should have known clever clever Jon Cooper was going to ice a different line-up tonight. I got rooked by line combinations reported on from practice and I apologize. Tom Pyatt, former Cape Breton Screaming Eagle Mark Barberio, Ondrej Palat, and B.J. Crombeen all draw back into the line-up and the reports of the demise of Andrej Sustr are greatly exaggerated as he comes back for a return engagement. It didn't matter in the first period because the Lightning continue to hemorrhage offensive opportunities.

Rene Bourque, coming off arguably his best game as a Hab, scored 11 seconds in the first period. Gallagher and Pacioretty both had nice chances, but Lindback helped his team out and stopped something. Nice change.

After 20 minutes, the score remains 1-0 in favor of the Habs. Guess no one paid much attention to Cooper's press conference earlier.
