PENALTY SUMMARY

1ST PERIOD

19:45 MTL Rene Bourque Holding - 2 min against Sidney Crosby

We as Habs fans are so used to the goaltending consistently bailing out the rest of the team, that Peter Budaj letting in two softies, and I'm talking real ugly softies, puts us in really unfamiliar territory.

Like against the Wings, the Canadiens started off strong, and they were actually rewarded for it for once, with Brendan Gallagher recovering a loose puck after David Desharnais decided to pass up an empty net to go for a covered Max Pacioretty, and beat Fleury.

Then came the softies and Bourque taking a dumb holding penalty on Sidney Crosby, and it looks like the Habs are in trouble once again.
