The Canadiens got off to a quick start to the 2014-15 regular season, notching a win to spoil the Maple Leafs' home opener. They'll look to make it two spoiled home openers in a row tonight, as they face the Capitals.
Coach Michel Therrien won't be making many roster changes, except that he'll be handing over goaltending duties to his new backup, Dustin Tokarski. This will Tokarski's fourth career regular season start for the Canadiens. Travis Moen will replace Dale Weise on the fourth line.
On the other side of the fence, the Habs will need to keep an eye on talented forward Andre Burakovsky, who will be centering Washington's second line, even though he's a natural winger. Mike Green will not start for the Caps, due to an 'upper body injury'.
The Habs have struggled against the Caps since eliminating them from the playoffs in 2010, going 3-9-2 in that span, including getting shutout five times.
