Canadiens vs Penguins: Second Period Thread

The Canadiens played a good period, including two solid penalty kills that even saw Subban take a shift shorthanded.

Montreal played with fire early, in that they were playing against the Penguins and therefore everything they did was a penalty.

The Habs seemed to dominate the play more than the Penguins did at even strength though, and Tomas Plekanec nearly caused Marc-Andre Fleury to pull a MAF and let in a weak goal, but a defenseman came back and took the puck off the goal line.

Hey, do you remember when interference was called in the NHL? Good times.
