Renaud Lavoie broke the news that Greg Pateryn has received a call-up, and will join the Canadiens today.
Greg Pateryn est en route vers Montréal. Le Canadien devrait confirmer son rappel de Hamilton un peu plus tard aujourd'hui.

(Translation: Pateryn is on his way to Montreal. The Habs should announce his call-up from Hamilton a little later today)
Pateryn, 23, has had a solid start with the Hamilton Bulldogs, producing 2 goals and 2 assists in 5 games played.
This news means that recently demoted Jarred Tinordi will probably spend the next several games in Hamilton.
It's unclear whether or not Pateryn will be slotted into the lineup, but with both Josh Gorges and Raphael Diaz receiving hits to the head in the last two games, the Habs prefer to keep 7 defensemen on the roster.
