Montreal Canadiens forward Max Pacioretty contacted Bob McKenzie of TSN to go on the record and comment on the hit he took from Zdeno Chara on Tuesday night. Pacioretty said he is "upset and disgusted that the league didn't think enough of (the hit) to suspend him" and claimed that Chara targeted his head with the hit. The NHL has ruled this afternoon that they will not fine or suspend Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara for a hit in Tuesday night's 4-1 loss to the Montreal Canadiens that left Canadiens forward Max Pacioretty with a fractured fourth cervical vertebra and a concussion.
