Reports have it that former Canadiens player Donald Audette will be interviewed for an assistant coaching position with the Habs.
Audette's coaching resume, as far as I have found is as follows
Collège Esther-Blondin GM since 2010
Coached 2 teams this year Quebec U-16 and Quebec U-17
Heavily Involved in minor hockey since his retirement as a player.
There's also still speculation that Martine Lapointe and Patrice Brisebois will join the organization. Lapointe is pegged to be another assistant coach, or possibly Director of Player Development, while Brisebois will take an undetermined front office position.
Earlier in the week, it was confirmed that Gerrard Gallant did have an interview with the Canadiens.
