1ST PERIOD

11:11 WPG Olli Jokinen Tripping - 2 min against Nathan Beaulieu

The more things change, the more they stay the same. The Canadiens came out with absolutely zero effort, conceding 7 shots and 11 shot attempts and producing 1 and 2 respectively through the first 5 minutes, but Nathan Beaulieu's skating drew a penalty that seemed to turn things around for Montreal.

Still though, at even strength the Canadiens were killed 21-11 in shot attempts. While P.K. Subban was on, the team had 6 shots attempts and one against, meaning without him they were murdered 20-5.
