Canadiens at Penguins - Third Period Thread

An even period has the Habs right back where they ended the first, but another game allowing 5 goals looks ugly.

Carey Price replaced Peter Budaj to start the second period, and while he made a couple of difficult stops, he couldn't exactly stopper the leak that is the Canadiens' defense.

Rebounds are a problem, as Chris Boyle has pointed out, but when your goaltending running at around a 75% save percentage, it's unlikely that's just on the goaltender, especially if two different goalies are struggling.

At least Alex Galchenyuk gave us something to talk about though.

Brendan Gallagher took his 3rd stick penalty of the night to end the period, and it's a 4 minute minor. But it was a high stick on Matt Cooke, so was it really all bad?
