In the season series between the Ottawa Senators and Montreal Canadiens, the home team has won every game. That this game will be played on Bell Centre ice gives the Canadiens an advantage then, right?
Maybe, and maybe not. The last time these two teams faced off, the Habs dominated the Sens in Ottawa, owning the shot clock 45-24. But Montreal could only sneak a single tally behind giant goaltender Ben Bishop.
Bishop won't be starting tonight though, as young Sens goalie prospect Robin Lehner gets the nod.
The depleted Senators may have trouble getting goals themselves though, as Carey Price loves playing against them. Price has a 13-5-3 record against the Sens in 23 starts, with a .928 save percentage and 3 shutouts. Price's save percentage numbers have taken a huge hit over the last few weeks, so perhaps he's due for a big game.
It's not all on Price though. The Canadiens have been miserable at finishing against the Sens this year, with just 4 goals over 3 games, and Sens killer Erik Cole is no longer with the team, so there will be no ref high fiving.
