Thursday Morning Warmup - Bragging rights

Richard Wolowicz

The schedule of this shortened season has some quirks, and I'm going to complain about it.

When your team blasts a division rival 6-1, and the game wasn't really that close, you want some time to savour it.

Unfortunately for Montreal Canadiens fans, we didn't even get a week to laugh at the Buffalo Sabres before we have to see the Habs play them again tonight. Being that it's a back-to-back after facing a real rival last night, there's a high chance of disappointment.

The Bruins get nearly a month until the Canadiens travel to Boston to seek revenge for last night, the lucky jerks.

Are the Canadiens a better team than the Sabres? It definitely looks like it. But hopefully we can keep looking like it and hold bragging rights over Die by the Blade for a little while longer.

On to the real questions, it looks like Ryan White is in tonight, so who do you scratch?

Do you start Peter Budaj after Carey Price played Boston yesterday?
