- Alexei Emelin might be facing a hearing for his elbow to the head of Steve Downie. The Russian defender caught Downie in the head during the second period last night as the Flyers forward tried to evade a hit. Downie returned to the game in the third, which led many to believe Emelin will escape any supplementary discipline.
