Habs Call Up Geoffrion Send Down Leblanc
The Montreal Canadiens have decided to call up fourth generation NHLer Blake Geoffrion from the Hamilton Bulldogs. In turn, the Habs have sent down Louis Leblanc. Since being picked up in the deal that saw Hal Gill go to the Nashville Predators, Geoffrion has picked up five points for Hamilton in five games. Geoffrion will be available for Tuesday's game against the Tampa bay Lightning. He will likely line up on the wing, in place of the traded Andre Kostitsyn. Lars Eller logically should be back at center. Tough guy
