Just a few tidbits to tie you over before tonight's game, which I will miss due to a family commitment.

Ex Hab and Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman James Wisniewski has been suspended indefinitely for an illegal check to the head of the Minnesota Wild's Cal Clutterbuck pending a disciplinary hearing. This is the fourth suspension issued by NHL Sr. VP Brendan Shanahan in the preseason.
