From left to right Joe Malone, Newsy Lalonde, and Aurel Joliat.

The first three members of the Hall of Fame, representing the Montreal Canadiens, who did not receive the honour in death.

And all well deserved. In the annals of Habs history, there might not be a better trade, player for player, than Newsy for Aurel. It was like reincarnating Newsy-lite for another 16 years!
