Did he or didn't he?

The embed code wouldn't work in the header, so I thought I'd throw this flash back in from last season's playoffs.

The Philadelphia Flyers Scott Hartnell accused Maxim Lapierre of choking him out, during this scrum on Tuesday night.

The video gives no solid evidence that Lapierre's arm was around the Flyers' wingers neck, and the reverse angle at the beginning would have given us a better look at it.

Hartnell claims it was a choke, and I guess he forgot about his snacking on the finger of the Pengiuns Kris Letang.
