Your Montreal Canadiens have not allowed more than three goals in regulation time once this year. There hasn't even been a fourth goal scored by the opposition into an empty net... only Tampa Bay has scored four times, and it took a PP in OT in the home opener to do it.
Now, I've probably jinxed the team, but I figured I'd put it out there. The system seems to be working. And Carey Price boasting a .930 SV% also helps.

I talk shutout as soon as it’s 1-0. And I talk about perfect games in baseball once a pitcher has worked through the batting order just once. I truly enjoy jumping the gun.
