Bulldogs got to school: The Hamilton Bulldogs had an unusual start time in their game against the Lake Erie Monsters Tuesday, in Cleveland. As part of a School Day promotion, the two teams squared off at 11am. I caught some of the game on the radio and it was a certainly different experience to hear an AHL game mid-morning on a Wednesday. The Monsters took the Bulldogs to school however, with a 5-1 win. Another Honor for St. Patrick: Habs legend Patrick Roy enters the Canadian Sports Hall of fame tonight in Calgary. Roy is being inducted along with fellow athletes Jean-Luc Brassard (freestyle skiing) , Chantal Petitclerc (wheelchair athlete), Clara Hughes (Olympic Speed Skating and Cycling, Jacques Villeneuve (F1, and Indycar) and Kyle Shewfelt (Olympic gymnastics)as athletes.
